Crisco's Kids is looking for volunteers to help keep Phoenix clean! Please join us on Saturday, February 1st, at 9 a.m. at Palma Park in East Sunnyslope.

 

On May 6th (2024), Crisco's Kids partnered with the City of Phoenix's Adopt-A-Street program to enhance the appearance of 12th Street between Dunlap Avenue and Northern Avenue. Volunteers are asked to help remove trash/debris on both sides of the one-mile segment of the street four times per year for a minimum two-year commitment.

Details: Volunteers should arrive by 8:30 a.m. and park in the Palma Park parking lot. Safety first, so please wear bright-colored clothing to be as visible as possible. A parent or a responsible adult must accompany anyone volunteering under the age of 18. Trash bags, gloves, trash pick-up tools, and a safety vest (if/when possible) will be provided.​

While volunteers are not required to do so, we appreciate using our SignUp Genius for headcount purposes. We want to make sure we have enough supplies to accommodate as many people as possible.
